Midland Ecology can work with you to carry out a BREEAM assessment and gain points or credits for Ecology. We survey your site prior to the commencement of initial site preparation works, and make recommendations on how to minimise the impact on existing site ecology and the surrounding area’s biodiversity.

We also advise on measures to enhance the ecological value of the site as a result of development.  Following consultation with you regarding these recommendations, a BREEAM Ecology score for the development is calculated and compiled into the relevant format for the BREEAM standard you are using.

A return visit post-construction confirms that these recommendations have been implemented.
